Last updated: 15 July 2026 · Draft for private beta waitlist
This draft explains what OrcaX collects on this marketing site today, and how we intend to handle connected financial data when the product launches. A full policy will be published before broader data collection begins.
1. What we collect on this website
If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit so we can contact you about product updates and private beta invitations. Submissions are sent to our waitlist inbox (via our form processor) for that purpose.
2. How we use waitlist information
- To send product updates and invite notices you opted into
- To understand interest in OrcaX (aggregate counts only)
We do not sell your financial information or waitlist email.
3. Important disclaimer
OrcaX provides general information and modelling tools only — not personal financial advice. OrcaX is not a registered tax agent and does not lodge or amend returns.
4. Connected financial data (future product)
When account connections launch, data sharing is intended to be consent-based (including CDR / Open Banking where applicable). You choose what is shared and can revoke access. OrcaX does not store banking passwords for screen-scraping.
5. Security
We aim to protect information with industry-standard controls (encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and multi-factor options where supported). Specific certifications will be disclosed if and when obtained.
6. Your rights
You may request access to or deletion of waitlist email data by contacting us. Additional rights under applicable privacy law will be described in the full policy before launch.
